May 23 2004--GERION, LLC of Columbia Falls launched their new natural product, DEADEYE WEED & GRASS KILLER at the National Hardware Show at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, May 10-12, 2004.
Gerion, LLC introduced DEADEYE in western Montana last year, to offer a safer, all natural, non-toxic product to consumers who want to avoid dangerous chemical use around their children and pets. Our product just flew off the shelves in our test markets last summer, said Marion Pentelute, Vice President and Marketing Director for Gerion, LLC.
The National Hardware Show is a great place to showcase your product directly to the buyers that stock the shelves of hardware stores, farm and ranch stores, and nursery and greenhouses, said Pentelute, The response to DEADEYE Weed & Grass Killer was tremendous and we are looking forward to having our product distributed nationally and internationally by this time next year.
Several regional distributors expressed interest in working with Gerion, said Pentelute, they know that consumers are seeking safer alternative pesticide products.
DEADEYE was created in the kitchens of Marion Pentelute and Geri Cochrane, both avid gardeners. We didnt want to use toxic chemicals in our gardens and around our children and nothing natural was available, says Pentelute. After experimenting with several formulas (all vinegar-based), they finally hit upon one that worked, and thats when they knew they needed to make their product available to everyone. This spring they opened their own bottling facility in Norwest Montana.
Since Deadeye is going nationwide, said Cochrane, well be looking at expanding our bottling facility by next summer. For further information, go to www.deadeye.us.
